Why was my order canceled?Updated a year ago

All of our orders are passed through a third party fraud protection, this is in place to protect our customers from potential fraudulent orders.  If your order is flagged for potential fraud you will receive an email from our third party, NoFraud, to verify the order.  If your order has been cancelled with out explanation please check your email for a notification from NoFraud in order to verify and replace the order.  If you do not have an email please reach out to us directly through our customer service line, 888.569.7873, and we will be happy to assist.
