What if my order arrives damaged?Updated a year ago
If your order arrives damaged do not worry, we will be able to assist you. Please first inspect your item to identify all points of damage, if the box is damaged open it up and inspect the contents inside. Take photos of the damage. If you have purchased Route shipping protection you can file a claim directly with them, you should have received an email at the time of purchase which will lead you through the steps needed to do so or you can access the claim form below. If you have not purchased Route shipping protection you can fill out our Shipping Damage form on our website and we will assist with next steps.
